Your emotions bring you gifts and genius, and you can learn how to access them
In this live Zoom workshop, instructor and Dynamic Emotional Integration® professional Heather Giasson will walk you through an immersive exploration of a situation that’s going on in your life right now. Knowing where you’re starting from is key, and this workshop will help you gain perspective and take a wide-angle view of what’s going on for you.
The smaller workshop size of 15 people leaves room for more conversation, to learn from each other and engage in the experience fully.
After expanding outward for the full view, you’ll be introduced to the gifts in your emotions in order to discover what might help you in your situation. Sometimes, it can be hard to identify your feelings, so approaching them through their gifts can be easier than engaging them head-on.
But once you’ve identified your emotional allies and learned their unique questions, you can begin to engage with them directly and receive their amazing wisdom and support.

Why do I need emotions?
The simple answer is because they are a part of you. However, learning to work with them can be hard in a world that says, directly or indirectly, that it’s better not to have them — and if you have to have them, it’s best to ignore them. Learning to work with your emotions based on how they are trying to help you can transform every part of your life.
How can I feel more happiness?
The playfulness of happiness is wonderful, and yet when you need get things done, set boundaries, or orient to your surroundings, it simply isn’t the emotion that will help you through those experiences. Learning to embrace your full range of emotions can give you access to so much of the support you’ve been looking for.
How can I only feel the good emotions?
This is such a common question, and classifying emotions as good or bad is one of the huge hurdles that gets in the way of working with them. All of the emotions have unique gifts and functions that can support us in ingenious ways. This workshop focuses on discovering the gifts emotions bring us without naming or classifying them first. This approach really shakes up our good/bad attitudes and shows us how all emotions have a vital role to play in our lives.
Will this workshop help me understand my emotions better?
Yes! There is a teaching portion about emotions in this workshop, but the real gold is in discovering the emotional genius that is already present yet may be overlooked or misunderstood.
About the Instructor
Heather Giasson is double licensed as a Dynamic Emotional Integration® Trainer and Consultant, and she has a clinical practice as a Registered Acupuncturist. She strives to provide new perspectives on emotions and new opportunities for you to engage with your feelings through experiential and reflective exercises.
Stepping into communication with your emotions can be a new and tender experience, and Heather builds her workshops to respect your inner knowledge and provide space for you to bring your emotions and the skills you need to navigate them into your conscious awareness.
