A 2.5-hour workshop with Chris Bodwitch
Saturday, February 18 from 10:00am to 12:30pm Pacific – $35
By exploring your body’s limitless creative movement capabilities, you can develop a sensational vocabulary to help you notice and describe the subtler inner movements of your emotions.
This can help you identify the emotional skills and intelligence that you may be already working with, or the emotions that you may have difficulty accessing.

Your Empathic Body
Learning to Embody All of Your Emotions
A 6-week course with Chris Bodwitch
Monday, February 27 to Friday, April 7 – $175
Using creative and fun approaches to observation, movement, writing, listening, and drawing, you can welcome back your natural, childlike ability to play with everything.
As you learn how your emotions are stored in your body, you can figure out how to respond or behave and use your whole body intelligence to move with the present moment.
