Carrie Mello is a licensed Dynamic Emotional Integration® Trainer who lives in Vermont, USA. She has an Equine Assisted Coaching practice that focuses on integrating DEI concepts and empathic practices through experiential learning with horses. Carrie has a passion for the natural world and creates DEI workshops immersed in nature. She believes that emotions are at the root of all we think and do, and she helps others to understand and work with their emotions so that they can connect to their true selves and thrive in our human herd.
Carrie’s Teaching Philosophy: I love to create and facilitate experiential learning workshops to help teach others how to connect to the wisdom and intelligence within their emotions. I believe we learn best through experiencing, feeling into our body’s wisdom, and reconnecting to our felt sense. This helps us connect to our emotions as pure sources of information and integrate the other sources of intelligences available to us.
Carrie’s Consulting Approach: Our emotions are always supporting us, even when it doesn’t feel like they are. Understanding what they are trying to communicate and why releases resistance and allows for a more empathic approach to how we treat our emotions, our relationships, and ourselves. I offer a space for you to feel into your emotions and even befriend them. We work together to understand how your emotions are supporting you and how you can support them and access their unique gifts and intelligence.
