Embracing the wisdom of emotions is a critical lever for building lasting racial equity and fairness into the workplace.
Sheila’s Teaching Philosophy: I have been a lifelong seeker in understanding my emotional self, beliefs and assumptions. My emotions have always been an intimate companion and vital support throughout my life. In my own journey, I have come to recognize the power, beauty and intelligence of my emotions and recognize how not embracing my emotions created limiting beliefs and suffering. I am committed to supporting others in their own journey, as they discover their own emotional wisdom and understanding of self.
