Come join our professional community!
Have you wanted to become a licensed Dynamic Emotional Integration professional?
On Monday, August 24th, this year’s Dynamic Emotional Integration® licensing program will begin.
This will be our 9th international cohort, and they’ll join our licensee community from 17 countries who are sharing this work in 12 languages. It’s been an amazing journey, and we’d love to have you join us.

What is Dynamic Emotional Integration?
Your emotions – all of them – are the motivation for everything you think and every action you take, and this groundbreaking approach can help you access the intelligence, energy, and insight in every emotion you have.
Dynamic Emotional Integration is based on the work of award-winning author and researcher, Karla McLaren, M.Ed., whose grand unified theory of emotions revalues even the most “negative” emotions and opens startling new pathways to self-awareness, effective communication, and healthy empathy.
Dynamic Emotional Integration also incorporates her groundbreaking Six Essential Aspects of Empathy model, which makes empathy clearly understandable, accessible, and manageable for everyone (including people who have been exiled from earlier models of empathy).
- The Dynamic Emotional Integration Trainer track is a 14-month program for people who will offer individually developed group trainings on emotions and empathy using specific Dynamic Emotional Integration processes and materials.
- The Dynamic Emotional Integration Consultant track is a 3-month post-Trainer’s course for people who will utilize Dynamic Emotional Integration principles and practices in unique non-clinical consultations with individuals
How the learning process works
Licensees come together in a learning cohort for 14 months (with plenty of rest breaks and three retreats). All of the courses and retreats are online, to meet the needs of our busy — and international — students.
We build an empathic learning community devoted to healing, exploration, and camaraderie. And of course, laughter, because learning requires humor!
